  While this store has beautiful, quality fabric and a nice assortment of home decor the customer service is absolutely TERRIBLE. Every time I have been in and needed by the yard fabric cut I feel as though I am bothering the employees. I would rather deal with a rabid Tasmanian devil than have to deal with the lady who does the quilting. The only time she has ever been remotely nice to me she was trying to sell me her used 15k machine. (Heads up, I heard her on the phone today with the quilting machine company saying the person that bought that 15k machine was having issues with it, issues that the employee clearly knew it had prior but had not disclosed to the buyer. She was now having similar issues with the stores new machine and needed to figure out how to fix both machines.... Glad I passed on that!) The last time I was in the store I was accompanied by my two small children. After removing them from their 5 point harnesses and dragging them into the store I was rather rudely turned away from the fabric section by the quilter lady because she did not want me back there with the stores buggy that my 2 & 4 year old were in (for the record they were being quiet and well behaved on this trip). Needless to say I left the store with only my children and no purchases. Why might you ask would I return after I was essentially chased away because I dared to bring my tiny humans with me? Obviously, I am an idiot. Unfortunately, I have been to all other fabric stores in the vicinity and still needed something. Picky much? If you are a a fabric hoarder and expecting a friendly place to shop, just stay away. If you are the owner, please send the quilter back to Joann's and the rest of your staff to customer service training.
