  My experience was absolutely horrible. While the staff is great in the beginning, they turn around real quick. They get you on reporting to your credit (which is great don't get me wrong), yet when or if you have to return your furniture, or any technology, they won't pick it up instead they charge it on your credit account, and tell you "you are out of luck", which is the very words I received, when my two year old daughter had an allergic reaction to a couch we rented, and wanted to switch them out. I suggest going to rent a center, just for the simple fact you aren't screwed out of anything in the end.
