  This store is dated inside and out, but even so it has a certain charm to it. The employees are helpful, and there are markdowns and sales almost everywhere you look; I got an excellent deal (about 75% off) on a high quality comforter set here.

  Poor service in that no one working back half of store. Cosmetics lady helpful in trying to get someone to assist but they didn't show after I waited over ten minutes. Also, the store was like a sauna. If they can't adequately staff and make the building comfortable for workers and customers they might as well not be open.

  Belks is a nice place to shop. They carry a diverse inventory of items. It is easy to get to. Belks is involved with community by holding sales that are pledged to an idea that needs to have a little bit of sponsorship.
